Oh Christmas Tree! Oh Christmas Tree!

In an attempt to preserve the main Christmas Tree, we decided at the end of last year to get Drew his own Christmas Tree for his room--that he can decorate any way he wants.  He and Trey were in charge of the placement and decoration.  These pictures almost look like Trey's swearing him in to the Christmas season!

P.S. The main tree isn't up yet, but the idea is not working.

CLEMSON

We only made it to one football game this year--quite a change with two rather than one:)  These are the boys modeling their new jammies from Papa and KiKi.

While the Cat's Away

While Drew was away in Texas--Jac didn't skip a beat playing with all of Drew's toys that would normally be taken away from him.

 

Jac has also become quite the crawler.  He was screaming so I came running to find that he had gotten stuck in the diaper bag.

We missed Drew and Trey while they were in Texas--but we had fun on our own!

Drew and Trey headed out to Texas last week for the opening weekend of Deer Season.  Here's Drew at the Mississippi River on the way back.

Trick or Treat

We had an exciting Halloween!  Jac was a monkey and Drew was Scooby-Doo.  We only went to a few houses, however Drew was much more into his character and was pretending that all the decorations were after him-ha!  We ran out of candy by 6:30--I had bought over 1000 pieces.  Trey and Drew ran out to replenish our stock but when we ran out again by 7:30 it was time for the porch light to burn out!

Morning Madness

Mornings are not easy at our house.  Even though I don't have to get two kids dressed and out the door, it still doesn't go along smoothly at 309 E Main St.  In a perfect world I get to have two cups of coffee--the world isn't perfect most days!  Friday morning Trey tried to get some photos of me and the boys--you can see for yourself how they turned out.

I wasn't expecting this so soon, but Saturday Drew and Jac were fighting over toys--complete with crying.  Jac wanted to play with Drew's cars, but Drew took them away from Jac leading to tears.  Then Drew wanted to play with Jac's toys, which led to more tears.  It's going to be a long eighteen years!

1 Corinthians 13
